Will my rabbit eat the grass mat?
Very likely, and that is fine — woven grass mats are food-safe and sold as consumables. Replace them when they thin out.
Do the litter boxes fit a hay rack?
The wooden models listed under Litter Boxes & Hay Feeders have an integrated rack, so hay sits above the litter rather than in it.
How do I wash the cage liners?
Machine wash warm without fabric softener, which coats fleece and stops it absorbing. Full instructions are on each listing.
Are training pads suitable for small animals?
They are designed for puppies but are widely used as an absorbent layer under a cage liner. They are not chew-safe, so they must sit under a barrier.

Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars.
When does my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and orders placed before 2:00 PM CST ship the same business day. Transit is around 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), giving a total estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $29. Below that a flat $3.99 applies. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the date of delivery. The conditions and the process are set out on our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before it is dispatched — see the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
